The KREDO. Story

Kredo. was born out of the vision to create a company based on values that shape us both personally and professionally: quality, trust, and honesty.

We are convinced that sustainable success is achieved not only through professional competence but above all through human compatibility and respectful interactions with one another.

Our story began in high school when we first met. Even then, we dreamed of founding our own company one day. Although we are different in many ways – Fabian as the pragmatic doer and Julian as the analytical thinker – we always shared the same values, ideas, and goals.

Our career paths initially took us in different directions, but during a hours-long car ride, our professional vision came back to life. In that moment, we realized that together we can achieve more.

After several years in recruitment, where we gained a lot of experience and were very successful, we recognised that we wanted to build something of our own. We wanted to create a company that not only relies on expertise but also embodies the values that are important to us. That's how Kredo. came to be.
